Lifting dermatology uses non-invasive treatments to help you look younger and feel better about your appearance. Your board-certified dermatologist can show you the options that are right for you.
This FDA-cleared treatment counteracts the effects of time and gravity on skin by using ultrasound to stimulate collagen production. It can help to reduce sagging on the face, neck, and under the chin, as well as smooth lines and wrinkles on the chest.
Thread Lift
During this procedure, we use a thin needle or cannula to insert temporary threads under your skin. The threads are made of a biodegradable material called polydioxanone. They’re textured with tiny cones or barbs that grab the underside of your skin to hold it in a new, lifted position.
When the threads dissolve, your body’s natural healing process will take over. Your face will produce more collagen around the threads to strengthen your tissues. This will help your results last longer and look even more natural.

You’ll experience some swelling and bruising after your treatment. You can help reduce these side effects by sleeping with your head elevated on pillows and avoiding exaggerated facial movements. Your doctor will give you detailed guidelines for post-procedure care. This will include specific suggestions for your recovery that are tailored to the needs of your treatment area. You’ll also want to avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications while your body heals.
Ultherapy
Unlike Thermage, which targets the surface of the skin, Ultherapy penetrates deep into the tissues to stimulate elastic tissue and collagen production. It helps lift sagging skin, especially in the chin, neck, and chest. It’s not a replacement for a facelift, but it works well in conjunction with other treatment options.
During an Ultherapy session, the specialist cleanses and marks the area to be treated before applying a numbing cream. The device is placed over the skin and it emits ultrasound energy that stimulates the body’s natural healing process. You may feel a slight tingling sensation during the treatment.삼성동피부과
The results of this noninvasive procedure appear gradually over two to three months and continue to improve. The body’s natural healing process replaces old, worn collagen fibers with healthy ones. This causes the skin to tighten and lift without looking “done.” Results should last up to 12 months. For best results, it’s important to avoid blood thinning medications and supplements before and after treatment.온다리프팅
Silhouette InstaLift
Silhouette InstaLift is a non-surgical alternative to the traditional facelift that provides immediate lifting and stimulates collagen production for lasting results. During the in-office procedure, which requires only local anesthesia, physicians place absorbable sutures with bidirectional cones through the skin to lift and suspend sagging tissue. The cones then dissolve over time to encourage the body’s natural collagen production, resulting in an overall refreshed and rejuvenated appearance.
The sutures are made in the United States of glycolide/L-lactide (PLGA), a biomedical co-polymer that is well tolerated by the body. The resorbable sutures and cones lift and reposition the underlying tissue, providing a noticeable and natural-looking lift.
As a result, our New York and New Jersey clients can achieve firmer and more youthful skin with no general anesthesia or extensive surgery. In contrast to previous thread lifts, which used nonabsorbable sutures with barbs that could cause unsightly pulling and visible tracks in the skin, Silhouette InstaLift’s sugar molecules are completely absorbed by the body for an unblemished appearance.
Precision Lift
The Precision Lift laser facelift fills a gap in the armamentarium of most plastic surgeons that exists between a formal surgical facelift at one end and a noninvasive skin tightening procedure like Ultherapy at the other. This specialized treatment addresses jowling along the jawline and fullness in the neck and chin area caused by aging, weight loss, or genetics that cannot be addressed by a traditional surgical facelift or by liposuction alone.
Local anesthetic is injected into the treatment site, and tiny incisions are made through which laser fibers are inserted to heat the underlying tissue. This tightens the underlying muscles and melts excess fat. The laser also makes surface changes, erasing fine lines and wrinkles, for a smoother appearance that is more than skin deep.
The Precision Lift is a minimally invasive procedure performed under light intravenous sedation and takes 45 to 60 minutes. You return home shortly afterward, and compression bandages remain in place for 48 hours to control swelling.
